Tour Photographers & Videographers

Artist Tour Photographers and Videographers can be submitted via the tour personnel list and are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to shoot their artist’s performance. 

Deadline to submit a COI is Friday, March 13th

If your artist has any specific photo or video restrictions related to their performance please alert the media team at artist.media@okeechobeefest.com

Please note Absolutely NO drones are permitted on festival grounds.
This applies to all artist teams, tour media, and contractors. Bringing or flying a drone is grounds for immediate removal from the festival site. No exceptions.
